HOW IT WORKS

A clear path from first conversation to live pilot.

A few simple steps, each agreed in writing before it starts. Timelines are scoped case by case, around your team, your systems and hardware availability.

  1. Step 00: Consultation (free)

A free conversation about your organization, the systems you use and what's slowing your team down. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so.

You get An honest read on whether private AI makes sense for you.

  2. Step 01: Written plan and agreements

We pick the workflows worth automating, size the hardware to your workload and write down the scope, the success criteria and the support plan. Agreements are signed before we touch any of your data.

You get A written plan, a hardware quote and a statement of work, all agreed before any hardware is ordered.

  3. Step 02: Build and test

We order your hardware, test it in our lab and load the encrypted system. We build your workflows on test data, never your real records. Your IT team gets a short checklist to prepare before install.

You get A tested server, ready to install.

  4. Step 03: On-site install

We install, secure and test everything at your site, then train your pilot users.

You get A working system, a security check report, a tested backup and a signed handover.

  5. Step 04: Pilot

A pilot group starts with document Q&A plus one automation. We check quality on your own documents and report usage and time saved every month.

You get Measured results against the goals we set together.

  6. Step 05: Rollout and ongoing care

We expand to more departments and workflows, keep the system updated and secure, and check in regularly to find the next workflow.

You get A system that keeps improving, and a team that keeps showing up.

What install looks like

  1. Set up. We place the server with your IT lead, connect power, battery backup and network, and turn on encryption. You choose the recovery passphrase and keep it sealed.
  2. Secure. We run security checks and confirm everything works from a staff computer.
  3. Connect. We test sign-in for each group and the connections to your documents and systems.
  4. Prove. We load your first documents, check the first cited answers, and run a backup and a test restore.
  5. Hand over. We train your pilot users and hand over the runbook, contacts and support plan.

What we'll ask of your team

  • A sponsor in leadership and a day-to-day contact
  • Time with people in each department while we plan
  • A ventilated, lockable space for the server. We'll check it before install
  • The right power circuit for your tier, which we'll specify
  • Your IT team or provider to set up a network segment and sign-in
  • A backup destination you control
  • A named person to hold the encryption recovery key
  • A pilot group willing to try it and give honest feedback
